MOBILE BANKING SECURITY
Your account information and transactions are transferred through a secure connection when using Mobile Banking.
There are security measures that you can take to minimize risks. Such measures include:
Beware of Phishing* Websites & Spam:
Before you enter your login information into your mobile phone, please make sure the website you are visiting belongs to
Regal Financial Bank or one of its affiliates. The only websites you should use are the following:
- RFBank.mobi
- RegalFinancialBank.com
- SecureAps.com
It is best to access Mobile Banking by using the link in the text message sent from Regal Financial Bank.
*"Phishing" is when a fraudulent website mimics a legitimate website in an effort to obtain personal information from visitors.
Unsecured Wireless Internet Connections:
Mobile Banking requires your mobile phone to have internet connection. In most cases, this connection will be wireless
through your mobile service provider or through a Wi-Fi connection.
If it is a Wi-Fi connection, please be sure that it is a connection you know and trust. There are public Wi-Fi connections available
in areas such as airports or cafes. However, using a public Wi-Fi connection can be risky because it is possible that other people can
"pick up" your personal information.
