Balance Account
Zero Balance Account is designed to save
you time and give you better control over your cash
balances. This program automatically manages the
cash position of your various disbursement accounts,
eliminating the need for maintaining large working
balances to avoid possible overdrafts. The Zero
Balance Account automatically transfers funds from
a master account to pay checks drawn against your
different disbursement accounts and keeps the disbursement
accounts’ ledger balance at zero. As a result,
all available cash is readily identifiable in one
easily managed master account. The Zero Balance
Account can also be used to concentrate deposits
in various accounts into one master account to maximize
cash management opportunities. |
