SEATTLE, 25 November 2005 – – Regal Financial Bank is pleased to announce the addition of several new key members to Regal’s growing team of bankers and financial professionals:

At Regal’s Seattle headquarters, Mr. Charles Foisie has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President. Mr. Foisie is the Chief Credit Officer of the Bank and responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s loan portfolio. Mr. Brian Branson has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Relationship Officer. Mr. Branson is a commercial loan officer and also works in the Bank’s Asset-Based Lending program. Ms. Alice On has been promoted to the position of Vice President and IT Officer. Ms. On manages Regal’s IT Department, as well as its IT consulting services for other banks.

Also at Regal’s Seattle headquarters, Mr. David McRae has joined the Bank as Vice President and Relationship Officer. Mr. McRae brings over 20 years of banking and financial services experience to the bank, including commercial lending, credit underwriting and investment banking. Mr. McRae will contribute to Regal’s growth through the development of commercial lending relationships.

Regal Financial Bank is also pleased to welcome Ms. Jennifer Wahlsten. Ms. Wahslten has re-joined the Regal Team at its Seattle headquarters. Ms. Wahlsten is a Vice President and Private Banking Officer, and serves the needs of the Bank’s growing list of Private Banking customers.

In Regal’s new Las Vegas, NV Loan Production Office, Mr. Tyler Olson has joined as Vice President and Manager. Mr. Olson has several years of experience as a commercial lender in Nevada, and will work toward growing Regal’s loan portfolio and corporate presence in Las Vegas’ rapidly-growing commercial market.

In Regal’s new Boise, ID Loan Production Office, Mr. Darrell “Gus” Gustaveson has joined the Bank as Vice President and Manager. Mr. Lyle Cook has also joined that office as Vice President and Sr. Relationship Officer. Mr. Gustaveson and Mr. Cook are career bankers in the Boise area and will contribute to Regal’s growth by developing the Bank’s loan portfolio and corporate presence in the Boise metropolitan market.
