Andy C.F. Chen is the President of ASPI Group, Inc., a Renton, Washington based diversified real estate investment and development firm that specializes in high profile complex industrial and commercial projects. Chen's experience frequently involves industrial project participation in public/private economic development initiatives working closely with local, state and federal government agencies and public port entities and typically involving Fortune 500 companies.

Chen is also a Certified Public Account and he is on the Washington State Board of Accountancy. His accounting expertise will be leveraged by serving as a member of the bank’s Audit Committee.
