SEATTLE, 3 May 2005 – – Jesse T. Tam, President & CEO of Regal Financial Bank is pleased to announce the addition of new key members to Regal’s growing team of bankers and financial professionals:

Mr. Tony Yee has joined the Bank as Vice President and Relationship Officer. Mr. Yee brings 10 years of corporate banking experience to Regal. He previously served as Assistant Vice President with Washington Mutual Bank (NYSE: WAMU) and Key Bank, N.A. (NYSE: KEY). Mr. Yee is experienced in syndicated corporate lending, and will contribute to Regal’s continued growth by developing new clientele for the Bank’s portfolio of business customers.

Mr. Brian Branson has joined the Regal Team as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Officer. Mr. Branson previously worked for Union Bank of California (NYSE: UB) and brings 11 years of operational, management and lending experience to Regal Financial Bank. Mr. Branson will work to develop new business customers for Regal Financial Bank.

Ms. Constance Yenne has been promoted to the position of Vice President and Controller. Ms. Yenne has 31 years of commercial and consumer banking experience, with emphasis on information systems and administration.
