LAWSUIT DISMISSED AGAINST REGAL FINANCIAL BANK
SEATTLE, Washington; June 27, 2011 — Regal Financial Bank and Regal Financial Bancorp, Inc. announce that the lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington by the Perkumpulan Investor Crisis Center Dressel-WBG against the bank, bank holding company, and those of the bank’s current and former officers and directors who are named therein, has been settled. The terms of the settlement remain confidential, however all claims against the bank and its officers and directors have been dismissed.
