REGAL FINANCIAL BANK ANNOUNCED TWO NEW APPOINTMENTS TO SUPPORT ITS ONGOING GROWTH STRATEGY

SEATTLE, Washington; April 18, 2011 — Regal Financial Bank continues to deepen its ongoing focus on its growth strategy. Today the Bank announced two new team members, Richard Martinez and Katerina Kuznetsova.

“As we continue to add new talent and assemble our new management team, I am excited to see how it’s coming together,” said Randy James, Regal Financial Bank Director, Chairman and CEO. “There is a new level of energy in the market with our team serving existing clients and our business community.”

Richard Martinez has been appointed Senior Vice President and Market Director.  In his new role, he is responsible for executing the Bank’s strategic growth plan and to lead a team of relationship managers to generate new and incremental business by enhancing the client experience and to deepen relationships. Martinez, a University of Washington graduate, has an extensive successful banking career with 30 years in the Puget Sound region. Before joining Regal Financial Bank, Martinez was Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Pacific Continental Bank, formerly Northwest Business Bank, where he established a successful small business lending team.  Martinez also completed other senior level management assignments with Columbia Bank, West One Bank and Rainier Bank.

Katerina Kuznetsova has been named Vice President and Portfolio Manager where she is responsible for managing, servicing and developing business banking relationships, while supporting the growth and success of clients with robust advisory and tailored solutions to meet their unique financial needs. Kuznetsova has over 15 years of banking and finance industry experience in the United States and overseas. Her background includes credit underwriting, lending, compliance, operations and international banking. Most recently, she was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Pacific Continental Bank, formerly Northwest Business Bank. Kuznetsova also has worked with Commercial Bank of San Francisco. She is fluent in English, Russian, Italian and French.
