| How does RFB protect my personal information? |

| How does RFB collect my personal information? |
We collect your personal information, for example, when you: (1) open an account or deposit money (2) apply for a loan or make a wire transfer (3) use your credit or debit card or Bill Pay. We also collect your personal information from other companies, such as credit bureaus and affiliates. |
| Why can’t I limit all sharing? |
Federal law gives you the right to limit only: (1) sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness (2) affiliates from using your information to market to you (3) sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. |
Notify us if we have reported inaccurate information to a Consumer Reporting Agency. Please notify us if we report any inaccurate information about your account(s) to a consumer reporting agency. Our joint marketing partners include financial service providers such as insurance companies or security broker-dealers that offer joint programs with us, and typically offer financial services that are different from those we provide.
